We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Gabby who provided 7-star service. The restaurant had a great breakfast selection and offered fresh omelettes on request at no extra charge. The rooms were appropriately sized and room service was always available. The location was convenient since it was close to shops and ATMs.

For us it was ideal.

Great location with beautiful atmosphere and cool design. the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and excellent restaurant with great wines & meats. the rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and beautiful modern decor. the breakfast has a few choices and not of great nutritive quality, but the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Sadly, the hotel service is not up to par with the beautiful atmosphere. the staff at the bar and restaurant are quite unprofessional with a negative attitude, making it hard to relax in the hotel.

My xmas experience at this hotel was really enjoyable. The pool area was a key location to spend the day relaxing under the sun and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. the room was comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

I did not appreciate the noise level in the neighborhood, which was quite loud and disruptive at night. , the restaurant could offer more vegetarian options on the menu for guests who prefer a plant-based diet.

I also appreciated the available room service, which allowed us to enjoy meals from the comfort of our room. the staff's hospitality and the hotel's amenities made our stay truly amazing.
